Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park is a semi-wilderness destination with 121 backcountry campsites and six canoe routes, generally accessed by canoe and equipped with picnic tables, fire rings and privies. It creates a compelling contrast with the resort itself: a night of luxury modular living, a day of guided wilderness canoe-camping, and a return to Eel Creek for spa, pool and restaurant. For more conventional camping, Emily Provincial Park offers front-country sites with comfort stations, showers, docks and beach/day-use facilities, alongside Log Chateau Park and Riverwood Park Campgrounds.
